Great romantic getaway, very friendly staff, especially Ezequiel, he went out of his way to make our stay great. The only downside is they haven't set up hot water yet, it was very hot outside though so a cool shower wasn't terrible.
We had a fantastic experience staying at Xhule hotel. The room service and the amenities are wonderful. Shout out to the bar, cocktails are highly recommended. The staff is excellent, friendly and professional. We came with the family and it was our memorable trip. The hotel is cool and serves at its best. We would like to vouch for it to anyone who wants to spends a few days in Tulum.
Great place to stay, food and drinks are fantasticn same for the pool and ammenities. Staff are very friendly and always there to help. There is a bit of noise from the cars passing by on the main road but our room had a white noise machine with great nature sounds to play at night to sleep.
I'm so lucky to have found such this hotel. Victor and his staff are clean, kind, attentive, and affordable. The rooms are private and romantic. My wife and I had a fantastic time. We enjoyed the pool and gym that are on the grounds. At night we went to the many bars and visited Tulum beach area. There are also Cenotes behind and around the hotel, which makes for a good getaway. We plan to come back
